These terms cover purchases from MakeWelcomeBook (makewelcomebook.com), a brand operated by Mário Otruba, a sole trader established in Slovakia, contactable at Martina Hattalu 2973, 026 01 Dolný Kubín, Slovakia ("we"). By buying, you agree to them.
A one-time licence that unlocks the welcome-book builder on this site: removal of the preview watermark and the ability to print or save your welcome book and signs as PDF, with unlimited edits and re-downloads. It is a digital service — nothing physical is shipped.
Unlocking happens immediately after payment, in the same browser you used to build your book. Your answers are stored in your browser (not on our servers), so use the same device and browser to edit later. If anything doesn't unlock, contact us and we'll fix it fast.
Your licence is personal and covers the rental properties you host or manage. You may print and share the generated books and signs with your guests freely. You may not resell the generator, the templates, or generated files as your own product.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but can't promise uninterrupted availability. Since your book data lives in your browser, we recommend saving your PDF once it's finished.
The books are generated from information you provide; you are responsible for its accuracy (WiFi passwords, door codes, safety information). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under EU or Slovak consumer law.
If you're unhappy, contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. EU consumers may also contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), the supervisory body for consumer protection in Slovakia, at soi.sk. These terms are governed by the law of Slovakia, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
